In only 2 months, Lake View General Contracting bid, negotiated, procured and executed a renovation of a vacant space at the 5th Ave Mall that soon became the new Hops Hallmark store. Lake View General Contracting was able to make several changes at the owners request, all while staying within budget and allowing the facility to be ready on time for the scheduled grand opening.
